Lexington Health has launched LexHealth.com, a hub that serves the entire network of care, helping patients find and access care quickly and easily across all locations, physician practices, and services.
The launch of LexHealth.com also includes a Patients and Visitors website that addresses the specific needs of patients and visitors when they are at the hospital.
"LexHealth.com is the product of two years of research, planning, design and development led by internal marketing and technology teams with help from external partners," said Mark Shelley, vice president of Marketing and Development. "With our new website, we are helping patients do what they need to do – research, find and access care on their terms."
LexHealth.com empowers patient access. Prospective patients have a variety of choices for care, and LexHealth.com makes it easier for them to access the healthcare system. LexHealth.com features dynamic information on providers, physician practices, locations and phone numbers. It also includes direct appointment scheduling and wait times for our six urgent care locations. Patients can now read reviews of Lexington Health providers from our patient satisfaction surveys to help them choose a provider.
LexHealth.com also complies with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines AA industry standards for digital accessibility, and people with disabilities (e.g., low vision or no vision) can use the site effectively.
