Fall Apple Salad with Grilled Turkey

Ingredients
- 4 4 oz turkey burger patties, seasoned
- 1/8 oz spring mix
- 2 gala apples
- 2 oz walnut halves, unsalted, raw
- 4 T blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 oz Granny Smith apple chips
- 1 c balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Directions
- Cook turkey patties on a flame broil grill until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Slice apples.
- Assemble by adding spring mix to a bowl. Top with sliced applies, walnuts, apple chips and blue cheese.
- Add sliced cooked turkey patty and dressing to finish.
